Delete your Dead Pace account

Deleting your account removes it from our server for good: your sign-in, story progress, camp, supplies, saved runs and routes. It can't be undone.

In the app (quickest)

Open Dead Pace, go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account and confirm. This works for every account, including one you never signed in to, and also clears the phone.

Without the app

If you signed in with an email address, Google or Apple, enter that email address. We'll send you a link; open it and confirm, and every Dead Pace account using that address is deleted.

No email on the account and no phone? Write to support@deadpace.run.

Good to know

• A store subscription isn't cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
• We keep purchase records from RevenueCat without your account id (bookkeeping), and, if you redeemed an invite code, a one-way hash that stops the free month being claimed twice. Backups roll over within 14 days. See the privacy notice.
• Prefer to export your data first? In the app: Settings → Export my data.
